Update the dashcam

Dashcams equipped with a Wi-Fi module can be updated using the Navitel DVR Center app.
For certain models, updates can also be downloaded using Navitel DVR Player, provided that the dashcam's memory card contains the 'DvrInfo.txt' file.

To obtain the firmware and instructions, select your dashcam model from the list and enter its serial number.
The serial number can be found on the device itself and on the box. It has the following format: [model][year of manufacture][month of manufacture][sequence number].
Example: R1050201806010001.
The serial number may also contain * characters, including several consecutive characters and characters in different positions.
Examples: R385GPS*20240101001, R980*4K*20240101001, R35*****20240101001
Enter the serial number exactly as it appears on the device and on the box. All letters must be uppercase!
Download the update separately for each dashcam using its serial number — even if the dashcams are the same model.
The license key shown on the gift voucher is not a serial number.
